About the Meeting

The FMA annual meeting is an excellent networking and educational opportunity. It will include presentations given by industry experts, breakout discussion groups, fun activities, and networking functions. Keynote Speakers

  • Gene Marks— A columnist, author and small-business owner. Gene writes for The Washington Post, Forbes, and Huffington Post on issues facing the business community.
  • Leah Curry— The President of Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia, Inc. She is passionate about the future of manufacturing and bringing more young people into the industry.
  • Jake Wood— The Co-founder and CEO of Team Rubicon. Team Rubicon is a nonprofit organization that trains and sends military veterans to disaster relief efforts around the globe.

 

Conference Tracks

There are three conference tracks so you can customize your educational experience.

  • Fabricator’s Leadership Summit— A discussion of business management and the latest technological advances in the fabrication industry.
  • Toll Processing ConferencePresentations and panel discussions from top-level metal processing executives. They will discuss emerging technologies in steel, as well as marketing trends in the automotive industry.
  • ASD (Association of Steel Distributors) Spring Convention— This is a program for owners and executives involved in steel distribution.
